Transportation
  • Approximately 10 minutes on foot from Inari Station on the JR Nara Line.
  • Approximately 15 minutes on foot from Keihan Railway's "Fushimi Inari Station"

There is no parking available. Please use public transportation.
Cars are not allowed on the approach from the production site Inarisha to Araki Jinja.
Directions to Araki Jinja

From the main hall of Fushimi Inari Taisha

1. Climb the stairs on the left of the main hall of Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine.
2. If you go to the right you will reach "Senbon Torii" (Thousand Torii Gates), but we will go to the left.
3. Looking to the right, you can see the place for offering prayer slips.
4. Passing in front of the "Ōyashima Shrine"
5. Beyond the hedge is "Yashima Pond," and to the left is a "tea shop."
6. At the end of the road is the "Sanba Inari Shrine".
7. There is a map at the "Osanba Chaya".
8. Follow the map and proceed to the right.
9. Passing in front of the "Kanriki Inari Shrine"
10. We go up the hill.
11. If you keep going up a little further
12. Next is the stairs.
13. When you see a large torii gate
14. Just a little further!
15. We have arrived at "Araki Jinja".

From Oyama Mitsutsuji

1. When you return from "Yotsutsuji" to "Santamatei"
2. It's "Mitsutsuji".
3. There are signs guiding you.
4. Descending the stairs on the left will take you back to "Shin-ike" and "Okusha".
5. To get to "Araki Jinja," take the path to the right.
6. Passing through the torii gate
7. Go down the stairs.
8. Passing by "Kajitei"
9. We proceed in front of the "Koshigami Fudo Myoo" statue.
The autumn leaves are beautiful around here
10. Next to "Toyokawa Inari Shrine"
11. Passing by "Hayashi-tei"
12. Go down the stairs
13. Proceed along the wall
14. Going down the stairs again
15. We have arrived at "Araki Jinja".
